On 14 June, Dr Talita Dias gave a lecture on due diligence, state responsibility and countermeasures in cyberspace to representatives of states members of the Organization of American States (OAS), in Washington, DC. This is part of the OAS’ ongoing to build legal capacity on the application of international law in the cyber context across its member states.

On 16 June, Talita also spoke about cyber due diligence in international law at the Washington College of Law‘s symposium ‘The Evolving Face of Cyber Conflict and International Law: A Futurespective‘.
